Applying for a tenancy
In order to secure a property to rent an application form needs to be completed for each adult or couple who reside at the premises. These details are required for credit search.
References fees are as follows:
Single applicants 150
Couples 250
Sharers (each) 150
If you need a guarantor they will be required to pay a fee of 50.00.
Once satisfactory references have been received we will contact you and arrange the soonest convenient date for you to move in. At this time a holding fee is payable to secure the property. This is only refundable when you move in. We will then forward you a copy of the tenancy agreement and prepare an inventory & condition report. There is a further charge for the inventory report as follows:
1 bedroom property 50
2 bedroom property 75
3 bedroom property 100
4 bedroom property 125
A deposit equivalent to at least one and a half months rent is held for the duration of the Tenancy to offset any costs required to remedy the failure of the Tenant to fulfil the conditions of the Tenancy Agreement.
