If you need a guarantor they will be required to pay a fee of 50.00.
Once satisfactory references have been received we will contact you and arrange the soonest convenient date for you to move in. At this time a holding fee is payable to secure the property. This is only refundable when you move in. We will then forward you a copy of the tenancy agreement and prepare an inventory & condition report.
