Milton-under-Wychwood is a large and thriving Oxfordshire Cotswold village in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village, once part of the Royal Forest of Wychwood, dates back to Anglo Saxon times and boasts the architect designed C of E Church of St. Simon and St. Jude built in 1854. If you need a guarantor they will be required to pay a fee of 50.00.
Once satisfactory references have been received we will contact you and arrange the soonest convenient date for you to move in. At this time a holding fee is payable to secure the property. This is only refundable when you move in. We will then forward you a copy of the tenancy agreement and prepare an inventory & condition report.
