David Moore Lettings has been in the lettings business since 2000. We've kept abreast of every trend and development. And we've watched the growing numbers of professional people who choose to rent rather than buy, whether due to personal circumstances or the transient nature of employment. So we recognise that tenants are demanding and sophisticated like never before.

David Moore's fees are highly competitive; and, most importantly, highly transparent. Our simple fee structure means you never have to worry about unexpected charges or extras. We do not make additional charges for inventories, check-ins and check-outs, or property inspections: it is all included in the basic fee.

Charges for complete property management are as follows

If you only require us to market your property, find a suitable tenant, check references, and ensure contract is signed then the following charges apply:

2.5 weeks of the monthly rental charge.

Inventory & condition reports

Inspections for non-managed properties - 50

Tenancy agreement renewals - 75

If you do not require marketing, referencing, etc. but would like us to provide a Rent Collection Service, this would be charged at 5% of the monthly rent.
