David Moore Lettings' fees are highly competitive and, most importantly, highly transparent. Our simple fee structure means you never have to worry about unexpected charges or extras. Within our fully managed service, we do not make additional charges for check-ins and check-outs or property inspections; it is all included in the basic management fee.

If you only require us to market your property, find a suitable tenant, check references, ensure contract is signed and all the necessary paperwork is signed for, then the following charges apply:

Rent Collection Only

If you do not require marketing, referencing, etc but would like us to provide a Rent Collection Service, this would be charged at 6% of the monthly rent.

All above prices do not include VAT.

Inventory and Condition Reports

These essential reports list and assess the condition of everything in the property and, together with photographs, form a true record at the beginning of the tenancy. The Inventory and Condition Report can then be used at the end of the tenancy to check against any dilapidations and avoid any potential disputes. Prices are as follows:
